Fees and Payments

Please note that all fees must be paid and the registration form completed to ensure a place at the summer school 2012 (June 25th - July 6th).

Fees

Dkr 4.000 per child for two weeks; morning and afternoons.

Dkr 2.300 per child for one week; mornings and afternoons.

Dkr 1.700 per child for one week; mornings only.

Dkr 1.000 per child for one week; afternoons only or 1.5 hours of the morning.

A second child of the same family will receive a reduction of 10%.

Lunch: Dkr 50 for each lunch requested.

Dkr250 extra for specialized sporting activities (ex. Kayaking and Sailing, and GeoCatching)



Fee reimbursement

Should you need to withdraw your child, please note the dates given below. If we have to cancel a course or activity then you will be able to select another option, or request a full refund.

Withdraw by 1st April 2012 to obtain a 70% refund.

Withdraw by 1st May 2012 to obtain a 50% refund.

Withdraw by 1st June 2012 to receive a 25% refund.

Withdrawal after 1st June receives no refund.
